Assistant Manager - Project Marketing

Colliers International Guangzhou firm has been appointed as marketing consultant and exclusive marketing agent for China’s first and most eco and Green building. It is neutral-carbon, and uses the most advance technology, including solar powered and wind turbine energy, vacuum glass curtain wall etc.
 
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Project Marketing, who is young, energetic and resourceful candidate who would fit the role of a Green building promoter, ambassador. This person must have a keen focus and believe in Green, and that Green is the way of the future. As the building is in Guangzhou, this person must live in Guangzhou. The building is still under construction and will be completed end of 2010. The term of contract will be for 2 to 3 years.
 
Job description
- To interface with Global and China’s Green/Sustainability Councils/Associations/Organizations;
- To interface with Colliers’ Green Council members across region including our Australia, Singapore, Shanghai and Hong Kong offices;
- To perform extensive research in his/her capacity on marketing and managing Green Building;
- Generating marketing ideas on Green Office Building;
- Conveying and translating the attributes of a Green Building into societal, corporation and staff benefits;
- To assist PRT to obtain international and China’s architectural and sustainability recognition;
- To enhance international project exposure
 
Experience required
- Experience in real estate project marketing;
- Preferable experience in Managing and Marketing Green Office Building;
- Environmentally conscious;
- Bi-lingual i.e. Mandarin and English; Prioritizes Cantonese speaker;
