2011年12月5日,由中国建筑科学研究院会同国内大型房地产企业、环境保护研究机构、建筑设计院、环境交易所等共11家单位共同承担的住建部2011年科技项目《低碳住宅与社区应用技术导则》在北京召开评审会并通过验收。评审委员会由来自全国各地的11位专家组成,住建部节能专家委员会副主任郎四维研究员担任主任委员,住建部住宅产业化促进中心副总工程师孙克放担任副主任委员。中国绿色建筑委员会王清勤副秘书长出席了评审会。 建筑业的能耗发生在建筑材料及构件的生产能耗、材料运输能耗、建筑物建设过程中的能耗、建筑物运营阶段的能耗、建筑物拆除和部分构件循环利用过程中的能耗。对于住宅和社区而言,不仅包含这5个阶段的能耗,还包含公共园林维护、社区内交通、社区照明以及部分市政设施运营所需要的能耗。传统上,建筑技术规范、标准、指南主要针对的是建筑本体,较少考虑建筑与人的关系以及建筑与社区的关系,项目成果之一《低碳住宅和社区应用技术导则》可直接作为我国低碳住宅和社区建造的技术依据,在吸收建筑本体节能减排的经验之外,侧重关注到社区公共设施、公共环境、公共服务的组织与安排,尤其关注到节能减排的主体——社区公民发挥的作用。对节能减排而言,本项目具有可观的应用价值,环境和社会效益明显。《低碳住宅和社区应用技术导则》覆盖了住宅与社区从规划到社区运营、家庭使用的全部流程,包含了大量能效提升、可再生能源利用、节能技术、新型工艺、建材选择、社区管理等切合实际的创新思路和技术要点。

本项目的主要成果包括:《低碳住宅与社区应用技术导则》、《低碳住宅与社区应用技术导则-应用指导》、《国内外主要低碳建筑应用案例分析报告》、《国内住宅与社区低碳技术应用现状分析》、《寒冷地区绿色三星级住宅建筑的创新与集成——天津万通生态城新新家园项目实践》。项目成果具有广泛的推广价值和应用前景。评审委员会一致同意该研究项目通过验收,达到国际先进水平。

Tropical and Subtropical Green Building Conference Alliance

The TSGBA conference is organized by China Green Building Council and Singapore Green Building Council, and jointly organized by Shenzhen Green Building Association and China Green Building (Hong Kong) Council closed its curtain on 10 December 2010 with a total of 300 participants.  The main discussion topics cover “Natural Ventilation, Shading and Three Dimensional Greening”.
In order to formulate and discuss the current science and technology achievements within green building industry, expert technical papers related to these topics were selected and presented during the conference.
ChinaGBC handed over the TSGBA over to Singapore Green Building Council; who will be organising this event in Singapore 2011.

Site Visit from European Chamber & Indonesia GBC

The European Business Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia with their Property Working Group visited the Green Buildings arranged by Singapore Green Building Council. The Green Buildings are BCA Academy, National Library, Marina Barrage and the KTP Hospital.

Will it pay to build green? Singapore as a green building hub

Solidiance, an Asia centric marketing and growth strategy consulting firm authored this white paper, “Will it pay to build green?” with the support of the Singapore Green Building Council.

The findings from this research were published in The Straits Times and broadcasted on Ecoventures, a segment from Asia Business Tonight on Channel News Asia. The World Green Building Council lists this white paper as one of their resources.

Study Mission to US GreenBuild Conference 2010 - Part 2

Greenbuild is the world’s largest conference and expo dedicated to green building. A group of close to 30 delegates led by SGBC attended the US GreenBuild Conference in November 2010.
Greenbuild is the world’s largest conference dedicated to designing, building, living and working in environmentally friendly buildings. The expo features more than 1,000 exhibiting companies in more than 1,900 exhibit spaces. There are more opportunities to learn from the Greenbuild concurrent sessions to LEED and Education Provider workshops to green building tours around the city.

Besides the US GreenBuild conference, the delegates also toured some of the site visits organised by SGBC.
