In commemoration of the 30th Anniversary of the Singapore Institute of Building Limited (SIBL), the eagerly anticipated SIBL Professional Builders Journal (2011) - 30th Anniversary Commemorative Edition is about to be launched.
SIBL is Singapore’s official professional institute for qualified building professionals - which includes all individuals and companies engaged in the development, construction and maintenance of buildings (as well as academic research and teaching), across the managerial, technical and administrative spheres.
