The Singapore Green Building Council (SGBC) is introducing Verified Competencies to the Green Mark Professional (GMP) Directory. The first competency area is for data centre expertise. To help stakeholders identify qualified professionals, GMPs can now add “GM Data Centre” as a verified competency to their directory profiles if they complete the Certification Course on Green Mark for Data Centres (GM DC:2024) offered by BCA Academy.
This initiative aims to address the need for sustainability in resource-intensive data centres and make it easier to find GMPs with the specific skills to support Green Mark data centre projects.
