On 30 April 2026, SGBC brought our community together for an eye-opening SGBC Learning Journey on advancing sustainable comfort, powered by SGBC Member ebm-papst SEA.

More than 30 GMPs and SGBC Members went beyond theory and stepped inside ebm-papst’s own office premises to see how smart, adaptive technologies deliver both comfort and efficiency – without compromise.

The key highlight of the session was the exploration of Smart Ventilation on Demand – a system that automatically adjusts airflow based on real-time occupancy, temperature, and indoor air quality.

The result? A consistently comfortable 25°C indoor environment that actively supports Go 25 outcomes, reducing energy use while maintaining optimal air quality.

Participants got a rare behind-the-scenes look at:
✅ How sensors, data analytics, and intelligent automation work seamlessly together
✅ Real-time monitoring and responsive control logic in action
✅ EC fan technology and other smart ventilation solutions

Today’s session was a timely reminder that innovation, data, and purpose-driven design can work hand in hand to create buildings that are efficient, healthy, and future-ready. A huge thank you to ebm-papst SEA for hosting and sharing their expertise so generously, and to all attendees for the engaging discussions.
