The next refresh of Singapore’s Green Mark certification scheme is here. Green Mark v7 responds directly to industry feedback – offering more pathways, greater flexibility and more options for the industry to meet our sustainability ambitions.
As a key lever supporting the Singapore Green Building Masterplan, the BCA Green Mark continues to drive the sector’s longer-term energy and carbon goals. Green Mark v7 marks the next chapter of Singapore’s green building journey, with a refreshed framework that accelerates decarbonisation while making sustainability more performance-based, outcome-driven, and industry-responsive. Developed in close partnership with the industry and aligned with international standards, the refreshed framework aims to continue the push towards mainstreaming Super Low Energy (SLE) buildings.
