Today, we wrapped up the last run of the SGBC Masterclass: Accessing Green and Sustainable Finance with Green Building Certifications course for the year.
As sustainability considerations become increasingly integrated into investment and financing decisions, the session provided participants with a valuable introduction to the evolving Green & Sustainable Finance ecosystem and its growing relevance to the built environment. Under the guidance of Mr. Kelvin Teo, an Adjunct Lecturer (Sustainable Finance) with SMU, participants gained a deeper understanding of how green building certifications can support access to sustainable finance and help bridge the gap between sustainability and financial decision-making.
