The Building Green 2026 (BG2026) conference, organised by the Philippine Green Building Council (PhilGBC), was held in Bonifacio Global City, Manila on 24-25 September 2026. As the 20th edition of the Council’s annual conference event, BG2026 celebrated past achievements while establishing a strategic agenda for the industry’s future, featuring a robust two-day programme (inclusive of a green district tour) that explored how the built environment must actively contribute to restoring ecological systems, enhancing resilience, improving well-being, and creating lasting shared value. Â
SGBC participated in the Conference proceedings and delivered a presentation on Public-Private Sector Collaboration: Strengthening Partnerships for Sustainable Urban Development. We shared insights from our sunny shores: progress on the Singapore Green Building Masterplan, elements from the Built Environment Decarbonisation Technology Roadmap as well as Go 25, the most impactful and recent example of a concerted public-private partnership effort.
