Applications for the Green Mark for Interiors (GMI) Scheme have been open as of 1 November 2025. To help the industry better understand the standard, SGBC has launched a new suite of supporting resources, including guides and tools designed specifically for GMI applications.
- GMI Assessment Criteria Scoresheet – clarifies and updates criteria from the first version announced on 1 November 2025. Stakeholders are advised to use this revised Assessment Criteria Scoresheet for applications submitted on or after 9 February 2026.
- GMI Technical Guide – developed as the official reference document to guide the industry on GMI applications.
- GMI Gold Readiness Pathway Guide – Introduced to help stakeholders identify accessible entry points and adopt practical measures that require minimal cost and no major redesign.
These resources are available for download on the GMI online platform.
