As Singapore continues to push the boundaries of green and smart building innovation, understanding how digital twin technologies can unlock new opportunities for energy efficiency and operational excellence is becoming increasingly vital.

This afternoon, SGBC explored real-world case studies and cutting-edge solutions at an SGBC Seminar held at the Lifelong Learning Institute (a Go 25 venue), supported by SGBC Member HY M&E Consultancy Services Pte Ltd. Over the better part of two hours, nearly 100 attendees examined how digital twin technologies can drive smarter, greener operations, and how practical challenges such as data integration, sub-metering limitations, and dashboard analytics constraints can be addressed with effective solutions.

Speakers also went through a detailed case study of an implemented digital twin for energy optimisation, predictive analysis, and long-term planning, alongside a showcase of quantum digital twin platforms that can support predictive maintenance and sustainability goals.
