Organised by the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) on 4 Oct. 2024, the TAC Networking Session saw over 100 leaders and heads of secretariat from 50-odd Trade Associations & Chambers (TACs) in attendance.
The session featured an opening address by Mr. Andrew Kwan, SBF Vice Chairman & Honorary Secretary, who emphasised the importance of synergistic TACs as a force for success and the vital role of human capital in driving progress. The event’s Guest-of-Honour, SMS Low Yen Ling, also shared insights on public sector efforts through her opening address as well as during a fireside chat moderated by Mr. James Tan from Singapore Green Building Council.
There were also booths set-up to share with TACs present on the TAC Sector Transformation Map which is being developed, SBF’s human capital development programmes for businesses supported by Workforce Singapore and SMU’s initiatives ranging from executive development programmes to professional continuing education for working adults.
